Orders under $300 (product total) automatically ship via USPS Priority.
Orders over $300 (product total) automatically ship via FedEx/UPS Ground.
Most of our orders ship within 4 business days of paid order, excluding postal and federal holidays.
Our policy covers 30 days from shipping date. Outside of 30 days please contact us to determine if we can offer you an exchange.
To be eligible to a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email if we have further questions. Otherwise consider your return approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Once you receive an email notification from our system, your refund has been processed from our store and we have done all we can. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We process returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receipt. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
